Cancellation Policy:
At SAVY WORK ENTERPRISES, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. However, once the service has been delivered at the end of the client/customer and the job is finished, the order amount paid by the customer/client will not be refunded if the client/customer wants to cancel the order in the midway of services delivery or during the time when the work is finished. Therefore, please review your order carefully before making a payment to avoid any inconvenience.
Refund Policy:
SAVY WORK strives to provide high-quality services to all clients. In case of any issue, we have a refund policy in place. If the client/customer is not satisfied with our services, they may request a refund within 24 hours of the delivery of the service. However, if the work is completed, and the client/customer requests a refund, the order amount paid by the customer/client will not be refunded.
Please note that the refund will be issued only if the issue is valid, and the client/customer has provided us with all necessary information and evidence to support their claim. The refund will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the request.
