By registering for the program, you agree to be bound by these TOS.
Eligibility
- Be a legal resident of India.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid email address and phone number.
- Agree to the terms and conditions of this TOS.
How it Works
Once you have been approved to participate in the Become a Partner program, you will be given a unique affiliate link for each of the digital marketing services that we offer. You can then promote these services to your network using your affiliate links. When a third party clicks on your affiliate link and places a successful order, you will earn a commission of 10% of the order value.
Payouts
Payouts will be processed 30 days after the date of a successful order. We offer convenient payment methods, including PayPal and bank account transfers.
Your Responsibilities
- Promote our services in a professional and ethical manner.
- Not engage in any illegal or deceptive marketing practices.
- Not use our affiliate links for any purpose other than promoting our services.
We agree to:
- Provide you with a unique affiliate link for each of our digital marketing services.
- Process payouts promptly and accurately.
- Provide you with support if you have any questions or problems.
Termination
We may terminate your participation in the Become a Partner program at any time for any reason. You may also terminate your participation at any time by submitting a request to us.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this TOS will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration Association.
Governing Law
This TOS will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Changes to TOS
We may modify this TOS from time to time. The most current version of the TOS will be posted on our website.
