Terms & Conditions of Partner Program

This Partner Program Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing your participation in the SAVY WORK ENTERPRISES Partner Program (the “Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must:

Be an Indian resident and above 18 years of age.

Have a valid PayPal ID to receive payments.

Agree to comply with taxation laws of the country and be responsible to submit the taxes timely to the income tax of India.

Have a minimum of 2K followers/friends/fans/subscribers on any one of the following platforms:
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Medium, Threads, and more.

How to Participate and join this program ?

To participate in the Program, you must first sign up on our website. Once you have signed up, you will be provided with a unique affiliate link for each of the digital marketing services we offer. You can then share these links on your website, social media, or in your email marketing campaigns.

How to Earn Commissions ?

You will earn a commission of 10% on every successful order made through your affiliate link. The commission will be paid out 30 days after the date of the order.

Tracking

We will track all of your referrals and commissions through our affiliate dashboard. You can access the dashboard to view your earnings, referrals, and other information.

Payments

Payments will be made via PayPal or bank transfer. The minimum payout threshold is $50.

Termination

We may terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any reason, especially in the case if there is any violation of the terms mentioned on over website from your end. You may also terminate your participation at any time by contacting us.

General

This terms and conditons is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions will be resolved by the courts of India.
